Stray Kids solidified their status as a global phenomenon by winning the Top Global K-Pop Artist award, besting heavyweights like ENHYPEN, Jimin, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and even Jungkook himself. This marks a significant milestone following their win in the Best K-Pop Album category at last year’s BBMAs.

The self-produced group dazzled with a bombastic performance featuring their 2024 hits, "Chk Chk Boom" and "JJAM". Known for their innovative stage presence, Stray Kids seamlessly transitioned from individual spotlights into a powerful group choreography during "Chk Chk Boom," while "JJAM" brought a playful, groovy energy to the stage. Their mini-album ATE, which topped the Billboard 200 for an unprecedented fifth time, cemented their legacy as a "global stadium artist."

This year’s BBMAs marked Stray Kids' second consecutive year performing at the event, further showcasing their unstoppable rise.
Jungkook, a member of BTS, made history yet again by taking home two major awards:
- Top Global K-Pop Song for "Standing Next to You"
- Top K-Pop Album for his solo album Golden.
In the Top Global K-Pop Song category, Jungkook triumphed over hits like ILLIT’s "Magnetic", Jimin’s "Who", and his own collaboration with Jack Harlow, "3D". Meanwhile, Golden, an album with more international vibes than traditional K-pop elements, stood out in the Top K-Pop Album category against fierce competition, including Stray Kids’ ROCK-STAR and ATE.

Remarkably, these accolades came while Jungkook is serving in the military, a testament to his enduring global popularity and the influence of K-pop on the worldwide music market. Despite six nominations across five categories, Jungkook narrowly missed out on some awards, such as Top Song Sales Artist and Top Selling Song.
Seventeen celebrated their inaugural BBMAs victory, taking home the award for Top K-Pop Touring Artist. Competing against ENHYPEN and TOMORROW X TOGETHER, the group’s win reflects the monumental success of their tour, which set records for the year.
In their acceptance speech, Seventeen expressed heartfelt gratitude to their fans, CARATs:
"We could receive this award thanks to our amazing fans."
The group also delivered a surprise performance of "LOVE, MONEY, FAME (feat. DJ Khaled)" on a guerrilla-style stage, captivating the audience with their unique energy and global appeal.
